White and Green tea buds hand tied into a rosette form enclosing a flower that unfurls when immersed in hot water. Blooming teas are best steeped in a Glass Tea Pot so as to show off the beautiful flower. Directions – Fill a glass tea pot with hot water (200F) and slowly drop a bloom into the pot. The bloom will absorb water and sink to the bottom. Then it will start to unfurl gradually exposing a beautiful flower. When the flower is fully open, the liquid can be poured into cups. The liquor is light and flavorful.
